Around the Cathedral – Shop and Read!

As part of the *43rd Baden-Württemberg Literature Days* in Bad Mergentheim, authors from the region will be reading in stores—and at the Burger-Haus! Shops become reading stages! Specifically, around the cathedral, where authors from the region will introduce themselves over the course of a Saturday: **Martin Bartholme** will read from his novel *The Summer We Lost Each Other* at the Changes boutique (2:30 p.m.); **Ulrich Hefner** and **Uwe Klausner** will chat at Optik Werz about the secrets of a good crime novel (3:30 p.m.); wine expert **Jochen S. Ruthardt** will present his *Guide for Wine Connoisseurs and Those Who Want to Become One* at 42qm (4:30 p.m.); **Maike Trentin-Meyer** and **Ulrich Rüdenauer** will talk and read at the Burger-Haus—open especially for the occasion!—about Eduard Mörike, who lived across the street (5:30 p.m.); Join **Axel Dittrich** and the British royal family on a trip to Venice—at the Eiscafé Venezia, of course (6:30 p.m.); and **Hannah Häffner** will read from her debut novel *Die Riesinnen*—which became an instant bestseller—at the Moritz und Lux bookstore (7:30 p.m.). Starting at 2:00 p.m. and during the breaks, there will be drinks from Eiscafé Cortina and live music at Gänsmarkt. In cooperation with Changes by Anna Baus, Optik Werz, the 42qm Concept Store, Eiscafé Venezia, the Moritz und Lux bookstore, and the Baden-Württemberg branch of the German Publishers and Booksellers Association.
